Dear Principals and Administrators,
The 2021/22 Mandated Services Aid & Comprehensive Attendance Policy (MSA-CAP) is now open to file your claims.
- MSA-CAP guidance can be found here.
- Please refer to the Special COVID-19 document for guidance pertaining to hold-harmless provision and applicable mandates.
- Per state law, 2021-22 claims must be submitted by April 1, 2023.The system will not accept any submissions after that date.
- Submitted claims will be paid by May 31, 2023.
- Amendments for the 21/22 claim year will only be accepted until May 31, 2023.
- All previous claim years are now closed.
Applications can be submitted in the following ways:

- Fax your claim to 518-474-4674
