2024-25 School Consultation Form

Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,

 

Under federal law, school districts must consult with private schools or their representatives regarding implementing the various federal education programs. Schools need to fill out a consultation form to officially confirm their designation of the six groups that serve as the Jewish representatives on the Standing Committee as their official representatives for purposes of consultation. Title funds can only be allocated after the form is signed. Note: Once you fill out this form, there is no need to fill out the Intent to Participate on TAARIS.
