The Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah released the following letter in advance of the Agudah’s Vital Partner’s Campaign:

All Jews know that one of the most vital organizations for the Jewish people is Agudas Yisroel of America. The reason for this is obvious: It is the organization that is effective and successful in strengthening the institutions of Torah in America, and is the only organization that works for all segments and streams of Torah Jewry.
We come now with a special request to the public in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, which is still upon us – may Hashem save us. Because of the pandemic, many supporters of Torah suffered both physically and monetarily and therefore the financial situation of many Torah institutions became weaker. This has specifically impacted Agudas Yisroel, and is diminishing its ability to work on behalf of Klal Yisroel.
We are therefore turning to the distinguished public who recognize the importance of Agudas Yisroel to come to the aid of those who are heroically doing Hashem’s work for every holy purpose, and to donate generously to support, strengthen, and perpetuate the organization so that it can continue in its efforts to work valiantly on behalf of Klal Yisroel.
