Agudath Israel intervenes, usually through the submission of amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) legal briefs, in court cases throughout the country that could have an impact on government assistance to nonpublic schools.  In this section we include news about some of the important briefs we have filed and signed onto in this area, along with copies of the actual briefs.

Yeshiva and school administrators who need specific guidance regarding government aid programs available for their schools should contact Agudath Israel’s Division of Yeshiva Services at YeshivaServices@agudah.org.
