Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
New York State requires all employers, regardless of size, to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees.
In light of this requirement, we created a training module that complies with the law but is also sensitive to our community’s standards. The training is available to yeshivos and other employers in our community, and is appropriate for all employees.
We have also updated the training module to include the additional “bystander intervention” requirement, which is new this year.
We have an online version and off-line version available.
