Dear Principals and Administrators,

We would like to draw your attention to a series of crucial upcoming deadlines. Please review the following information carefully:

March 26:

For NYC Schools

  • NYSTL and NYSLIB Final Deadline: The second round of allocations for these loan programs has been completed. There is a possibility that your school has received additional funds. Keep an eye out for an email from the Jewish Education Project for further details. Please remember, these funds are designated exclusively for textbook purchases. Please note: Library funds have not been affected by the above and the final deadline to submit is also March 26 after which, funds will be forfeited.

April 1:

For All Schools

  • MSA-CAP 2022-23 Claims Deadline: This is the absolute last day to submit your claims for the MSA-CAP 2022-23. After this date, no submissions will be accepted. If you are unable to submit a complete and accurate application by this deadline, we recommend submitting an incomplete one. You will have until May 31st to make any necessary amendments. For more information, please refer to our prior memo.

For Schools outside of NYC

  • Transportation Requests Deadline (Outside NYC): Ensure parents submit transportation requests by this date.

For All Schools

  • NSLP Equipment Assistance Grant Application Deadline: Don’t miss the deadline to apply for this grant. Additional details can be found HERE.

April 12:

For All Schools

  • June 2024 Regents Exams Ordering Deadline: This is the last day to place your order for the June 2024 Regents exams. More information is available HERE.

April 15:

For All Schools

  • NPSE Grant Applications Due: Applications for the Nonpublic School Safety Equipment (NPSE) grant for year 10 are due. Note that the guidance and reimbursement form for this year’s NPSE have not yet been released. We will inform schools once these documents are available. For further details on NPSE, please see HERE.

For All Schools

  • AIS Remibursement Application Due: Applications for Academic Intervention for Nonpublic Schools (AIS) for year 7 are Due. Note that the guidance and reimbursement form for this year’s AIS have not yet been released. For more information on AIS, see HERE.

Please be aware that because the NPSE and AIS forms and guidance are still pending release, we anticipate the deadline for these programs will be extended.
