Over the past four years, largely due to advocacy by Agudath Israel and our coalition partners, the primary source of security funding for yeshivas, the NPSE (Non-Public School Safety and Equipment) program has increased significantly from $15 million to $70 million.

However, the need for increased funding remains even greater than before. Antisemitism and hate crimes are unfortunately still on the rise, forcing yeshivas to allocate more and more resources to security measures.

Given that the state budget for the upcoming year is expected to be passed by April 1, it is crucial that we take immediate action.

Please contact your legislator and urge them to advocate for increased security funding in the upcoming budget.
