Agudas Yisroel started Bnos in Europe in the late 1800s to engage and inspire girls on Shabbos afternoons. It’s been over a century, and Bnos is as relevant as ever!

Multiple Programs to Meet Multiple Needs
Bnos now has multiple programs that address the needs of today’s frum girls from kindergarten through adulthood.
Bnos Shabbos Groups
Bnos Shabbos Groups
High school leaders run groups for girls in kindergarten through 5th grade.
The girls enjoy a structured, fun, and meaningful Shabbos afternoon.
The leaders get hands-on teaching experience and learn to take achrayus.

“With-it” group activities engage middle-school girls on Shabbos and throughout the year.
The tweens enjoy positive experiences outside of a school setting.
The leaders learn the power of a compliment and shine as relatable role models.

BBC matches teen girls with senior citizens for phone calls and virtual and in-person visits.
The seniors enjoy the company, a relief from loneliness and isolation.
The teens learn valuable lessons from the older generation and realize that giving is getting.

High school Big Sisters meet with middle school Little Sisters once a week.
The Little Sisters love the one-on-one attention and connection.
The Big Sisters step out of their comfort zones to positively impact a girl’s life.
