Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
Today, Governor Cuomo announced that, effective immediately, state mandated COVID-19 restrictions are lifted across commercial and social settings.
What this means for you:
- All state mandated restrictions related to child care and camps have been lifted.
- However, mask requirements remain in effect for pre-K-12 schools in accordance with CDC guidelines.
It is not yet fully clear what the full effects of this will be, and we are currently investigating this development. We will share more information with you as it becomes available.
