Rabbi Yossi Kaplan founded Agudath Israel’s Colorado office in 2017 and has served as its Director ever since. 

Rabbi Kaplan studied in Yeshiva of Ocean under Rabbi Meyer Yechiel Miller, Yeshivas Kodshim under Rav Tzvi Kaplan, and Beth Medrash Govoha, where he received semicha. In 2012, Rabbi Kaplan moved to Colorado and joined the Denver Kollel, where he held a leadership role through giving shiurim, extracurricular youth programs, community outreach, and studying with community members.

Agudath Israel of Colorado advocates and provides for the social and religious needs of Colorado Jews.

As part of its mission, Agudah of Colorado has been at the forefront of building strong connections with elected officials at all levels of government, while creating a stronger community voice, infrastructure, and a network of resources for schools, nonprofits, and constituents.

Agudah of Colorado has also established the Zichron Tzvi Denver Jewish Library and the Kesher mentorship program and heads several different Torah and youth projects, and charitable programs for those in need.
