Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
As a reminder, we will be hosting a brief webinar today from 2:30-3:00 pm to explain the new NYS COVID-19 guidance for K-12 schools and answer questions.
Beginning Monday, September 13th, schools will once again be required to fill out the New York State COVID Report Card daily. The report card must be filled out between 7 am and 4 pm on every operational school day.
The survey website can be accessed with the same account and log in information that your school used last year. If you are having trouble logging in or need help, click here for tips. To reset your password, click the “Reset your password” link next to the “Log in” tab.
