Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,
The NYC DOE Loan Request and Enrollment Certificate (LREC) form for the 2021-2022 school year is now posted on the DOE Non-Public School (NYSTL) InfoHub site here along with the program guidelines.
If you participate in the NYS Loan Programs, you should complete this form as soon as possible. The deadline is November 19, 2021. The form should reflect the same enrollment data that is submitted annually on the State’s BEDS report due each fall.
The completed forms should be emailed to [email protected] with your four-character DOE alpha location code in the subject line.
