We would like to inform you about an important voter registration deadline.
This year virtually all of state government is up for election. That includes governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, all members of the legislature and many judges.
Elections will be next November and party primaries will take place in June.
In order to vote in a party primary, whether Democratic or Republican, you must be registered in that party.
The deadline to switch party registration to vote in a primary is February 14th.
If you are currently registered in the party pf your choice, you do not need to do anything.
