Dear Community,

For children with disabilities, there is a special scholarship program known as the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities. On average, this scholarship provides $9,700 in support, but depending on the specific disability, it can go as high as $33,000.

Currently, this program is capped at 40,913 students. Unfortunately, additional students are unable to access this program and are placed on a waitlist instead.

This week, both the House and Senate will be considering bills that propose to remove the cap and extend the program to more students. This is a crucial opportunity for many families. We have the chance to express our support and ensure that these bills pass and are signed into law.

Please take a moment to sign our action alert and show your support for this important initiative.

Thank you,

Rabbi Moshe Matz
