Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,

Please see below for three important requirements with a December 31st deadline:
  • Last day to file your boiler inspection report. Please see here for more information about how to submit the report.
  • Last day to submit responses in the Generation of Funds Survey. See here for more details.
  • Children age 6 months to 59 months (under 5 years old) that are in city regulated childcare or school-based programs (I.e. Article 43 and 47 programs) are required to receive the flu vaccine each year before December 31. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, you can contact the NYCDOH Bureau of Immunization at [email protected].
