Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
Many schools have reached out to us for clarification regarding the upcoming NPSE and AIS grant deadlines. NYSED has informed us that the grants have been delayed.
Projected Timelines:
- NPSE
- Purchase deadline – April 30, 2024
- Application submission – May 31, 2024
- AIS – after NPSE (specific date TBD).
We recommend that schools prepare for the NPSE submission now:
- Review your expenses and the eligibility lists to identify qualifying purchases
- Gather the required documentation (including invoices and proof of payments).
- Please note the repair and remediation component of the Y10 NPSE grant dramatically expands the breadth/depth of eligible items/services.
- Please see the NYSED NPSE page for updated guidance and information, including the Year 10 and prior year allocations.
