Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,
Please review the OPT calendars for your school for the remainder of this school year, the summer, and the coming school year.
General education:
- If your school year will conclude before June 25, please indicate no service for the days that you do not need.
- There is no busing or Reimbursement before September 7. September 7-10 will need to be chosen as Alternate Dates. Alternate dates are limited to five. Regular busing/reimbursement begins September 13.Special education:
- If your school year will conclude before June 30, please indicate no service for the days that you do not need.
- If summer school begins in June, please indicate those dates for June 2021 on the regular school calendar. Then indicate July and August dates in the Reconciliation app. If summer school begins in July, please indicate those dates in the Reconciliation app.
- Fall service begins on September 1. Please indicate on the 2021-2022 calendar what dates you will need from September 1-10. Regular busing begins September 13. Please edit the month of September for all changes that are needed. Please be sure to check the calendar monthly.
