The numbers are still being crunched…but it appears that a record amount of New Yorkers came out to vote in this week’s primary elections. And some of our neighborhoods stepped up in a big way, making our get out the vote operation our most successful ever.
While, with the new system of Ranked Choice Voting, we still do not know who most of the winners are…we are confident of one winner- every person who stepped up and voted was a winner.
By exercising your right and making your voice heard, you enable us to make our collective voice louder, allowing us to advocate in the halls of government for our yeshivas, our shuls, and our entire way of life.
