June Deadlines

Dear Principals and Administrators,

 

We would like to draw your attention to a series of crucial upcoming deadlines. Please review the following information carefully:

June 11:

NYC

  • OPT Session Times: This is the deadline to submit session times for bussing for the fall. You can access the application here. For more information, please see our prior memo.

June 18:

NYC

  • Title Intent to Participate: This is the deadline to return your Intent to Participate Form to The Jewish Education Project. For more information, please see our prior memo.

June 26:

NYC

  • OPT MetroCards: This is the deadline to submit serial numbers for students to get MetroCards in the Fall. Fall shipment numbers will be based on the number of students assigned a serial number on June 26. For more information, please see our prior memo.

June 27:

For All Schools

For All Schools

  • Summer EBT: This is the deadline for schools to submit a form for their students for the Summer EBT program. Schools are eligible only if they participate in the National School Lunch Program. Students are eligible if they meet the eligibility requirements listed here. For more information, please see our prior memo.

June 30:

For All Schools

  • CEP: This is the deadline to submit for new programs and CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) for eligible schools. For more information on new program applications and CEP, please see our prior memo.

NYC

  • Title Vendor Selection: Confirm your vendor selection only if you intend to change your vendor for the coming year. For more information, please see our prior memo.

July 1:

NYC

  • OPT Calendar Updates: This is the deadline to update your Non-Public School Calendars with your school’s half days, no service days, and Alternate Service days. For more information, please see our prior memo.
