“To be a member in the Agudah, just to feel chavir ani lechol asher yera’ucha. It would be a gevaldike kovod shamayim if many many hundreds, to say the least, of yeshivaleit had memberships in the Agudah. That’s Klal Yisroel’s organization. That’s an ambassador of Torah true yiddishkeit to Klal Yisroel. Non compromising Torah true yiddishkeit. It works in a metaphysical way. Who knows, thousands of $25 or $36 memberships doesn’t pay one salary, but in himmel it’s a moradika zach. Even if you’re a yeshivaman, even if you’re still in kollel, even if you’re a Rebbe and a marbitz torah!”
