The MSA/CAP workbook found on the link above is a new tool to help you prepare all the work before logging into the portal. It has built-in data validations and automatically performs most of the calculations for you.
The deadline to submit your 2023/24 claim is April 1, 2025 via theonline NYSED Business Portal. Schools without online access can email their claims to [email protected], but online submission is strongly encouraged by NYSED.
