Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,

If you have a Mandated Services Aid (MSA) claim in “hold” status, emails are being sent for you to upload requested documentation to the MSA system. You should check your spam folders to make sure you don’t miss these emails. You can also log into the MSA system and click on “view” to see what documents are being requested to complete your claim. See below for instructions:

1. Under data entry, click on the school year you’re referring to.

2. Click on the tab that says “View”.

3. Click on File Request.

4. There is a note explaining what is needed from the school. Click on the browse button to upload the document/s. Once the file is added, click upload. It will upload the document into the system.

Reminder: The deadline to submit a new claim for the 2019-2020 year is May 15, 2021. No claims for 2019-20 will be accepted after that date.
