Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
The Mandated Services Aid (MSA) System is now open after a two-week closure.
Schools can do the following if needed:
- Schools with claims on hold can upload documents when requested to do so
- Amend 19/20 claims until December 31, 2021
- Amend/enter new 17/18 claims until December 31, 2021
- Amend/enter new 18/19 claims
Please note that you will not be able to amend or enter new claims until the 19/20 claims are paid in 7-10 business days.
