
Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
The New York State Education Department has posted the Year 7 Nonpublic School Safety Equipment (NPSE) application and allocations.

Please note:
- The submission deadline is June 30, 2021; however, eligible purchases and payments had to have been completed by March 31, 2021.
- If your school has had any eligible expenditures that have occurred on or after April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2021, you may still submit your reimbursement form along with your detailed invoices and proof of payment. Electronic signatures are now being accepted for year 7.
- Due to the capabilities of the payment system, payments will only be processed once per program year. In the instance that your school does not use its allocation in year 7, the remaining funds will be rolled over to year 8 allocations.
