Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,

Schools that would like to participate in the Nonpublic School Security Guard Reimbursement Program that haven’t previously participated can now submit an application for the 2022-23 school year. The program is administered by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (“DCAS”) through PASSPort, the city’s digital Procurement and Sourcing Solution Portal.
Please read through these instructions for detailed steps on setting up a PASSPort account and submit your application. The application is available from today, March 1, until May 15 at 5:00 pm.
