Please see below for new information regarding NYS Loan Programs:
The ordering period for the SY 2022-2023 New York State loan programs (NYSTL, NYSLIB, NYSSL, and NYSCH) is now open. The FY 23 allocation levels remain the same as last year:
Allocation Per Student
NYSTL: $58.25
NYSSL: $14.98
NYSLIB: $ 6.25
NYSCH: $10.57
The preliminary NYSTL (Textbook) allocation levels are based on the 2021-2022 BEDS data with adjustments made later on in the fall, if applicable based on new enrollment figures for the new school year. In the fall, the 2022-2023 school year DOE Loan Request and Enrollment Certificate (LREC) form will be available for download on the DOE’s Non-Public School New York State Loan Programs InfoHub site. Schools with questions concerning enrollment issues should email [email protected] with their DOE four-character identifying alpha location code (i.e. KAMH) and 12-digit BEDS number.
Schools requiring FAMIS password resets should email [email protected] for assistance. It is important that schools provide their school name/address, DOE Location Code/BEDS #, Principal’s/Building Leader’s name/email/phone number, and their Level 100 or 200 FAMIS User ID and PIN # for security concerns.
