Mesaymim with Chaver Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah Rabbi Shlomo Eliyahu Miller, Rosh Masmidim Rabbi Elimelech Belsky and Camp Agudah’s Rabbi Shimon Newmark

When one bochur makes a siyum mesechta at Camp Agudah’s Machane Ephraim, it’s a simchah. But when 130 bochurim make 175 siyumim at Camp Agudah’s Machneh Efraim masmidim program, it’s a full on Yom Tov!

This Sunday, campers celebrated with a true simchas haTorah, as they recited, at the same time, their Hadran. The push to finish mesechtos is a feature of Machneh Efraim, following a special Tu B’av learning “Yom Tov,” where the bochurim learn all night and begin clocking their learning hours over the course of camp.

Chaver Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah Rabbi Shlomo Eliyahu Miller joined to celebrate with the campers, who, following their siyum, sang and danced in celebration. Each camper had his photo taken with Rabbi Miller, together with Rabbi Elimelech Belsky, the Rosh Masmidim, a memento that will certainly be valued long after they are back in yeshiva. Rabbi Eliezer Feuer, learning director of Camp Agudah was the guest speaker at the siyum, and the bochurim also listened to Rabbi Dovid Frischman give words of chizuk.
