Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
NYS Public Health Law Section §613 requires schools and childcare facilities to post educational materials about influenza in places where it can be easily seen by parents and staff. The NYS DOH has provided educational material which can be found here. This material should be shared with your nurses and/or other appropriate staff in your school and can be sent to parents.
