Summer EBT Program

Dear Principals and Administrators,

New York State is launching Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). This program provides low-income families with benefits to help cover their food costs during the summer school break. Families with eligible school-age children will receive $120 in Summer EBT food benefits per child.

Only schools who participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) can join the Summer EBT Program.  In order for your students to receive EBT benefits, you must complete an online form. If you don’t submit monthly NSLP claims, you are not an approved NSLP school, and should not complete or submit this form.

Click here for detailed instructions on how to access and complete the form.

The form must be completed by June 28.

As always, feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
