The Florida State Senate Appropriation Committee will be debating Senate Bill 48 (Senator Diaz) and we need you to make your voice heard.
This legislation would overhaul the State’s scholarship programs by removing any public school attendance requirement and merging and streamlining them in to a simpler funding and application process. The Corporate Tax Scholarship and the Family Empowerment Scholarship would be merged in to one singular scholarship that will provide greater access and flexibility to parents.
We believe that this proposal is monumental and can have a very positive impact on our community.
