Dear NYC Principals and Administrators,
In order for students to receive Title I or Title III services, schools are required to nominate students using the Title I Educational Survey, and if applicable the Title III Survey, that can be found in NPSIS. You do not need to enter an eligibility score on the surveys right now to complete the nomination process. You have until October 31st to enter all eligibility scores for services this year. If an eligibility score is not entered by October 31st, any student receiving services will no longer be eligible and services will no longer be provided beginning in November.
We recommend that schools update their information on the School Info page in NPSIS found on the left side toolbar. We also recommend that you upload your full rosters into NPSIS since there are many other ways that NYC DOE uses this data, including for new grant opportunities.
Please be aware that are there are three gender options- male, female, and X. Please make sure to select the correct one.
