Dear Principals and Administrators,

The following message only applies to schools who have received EANS I.

If your school is interested in a ventilation improvement project utilizing remaining EANS I funds and has not made contact with Gordian, please complete this registration form.

Ventilation Projects include labor costs related to installation of new HVAC equipment or repairs/service to existing HVAC equipment.  It also includes labor costs related to installation of new windows or repairs to existing windows.  Per federal guidelines, the EANS program cannot pay for new windows or new HVAC equipment. The program can only pay the contractors for the labor related to the project.

If Gordian has not received a submission request from your school by March 31, you will no longer be able to utilize EANS I funds towards a ventilation improvement project. All remaining funds will be available for educational support services with your regional assigned provider.

If you have questions about the ventilation improvement project, you can contact Senior Account Manager, Russell Stiles at [email protected] or 585-259-5428.
