Dear NYC Child Care Providers,
The immunization requirements for the 2021-22 school year have been updated. Please carefully read through the following guidance and requirements.
All children that attend child care and school must be in compliance with immunization requirements as required by New York State Public Health Law Section 2164.
Please note that in addition to the NYS requirements, the influenza vaccine is required under Article 47 and Article 43 as per the NYC Health Code.
