Vaccine Mandate for DOE Staff:
As you have been previously notified, all DOE staff, which includes UPK and 3K staff, are required to be vaccinated. There is no longer a weekly testing option for these staff members. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded by today, October 1. Unvaccinated staff should be removed from payroll on October 4 if they are not vaccinated by today. Please carefully read through the DOE webpage here which explains the mandate and how to upload proof of vaccination.
COVID-19 Testing Option for Students:
The NYC DOE is offering optional COVID-19 testing for K-12 students to schools who would like to participate. Please see here for more information.
