Introducing… Professional Peer Supervision for Special Program Leaders

Peer supervision provides a support group of leaders who serve in similar roles to provide peer support, feedback, and resources to navigate our common challenges and goals in a confidential setting.

This group is for professionals who would like to develop, enhance, strengthen themselves and their program.

It will be led by Rozi Wax, LMHC, LMFT.

Topics covered may include:

best programming practices
staff management
dealing with difficult parents
dealing with sensitive situations
preventing burnout
keeping a positive public image
other topics as per the group’s needs

Cost: $150 for 6 sessions
